Isle of Skye Distillers offers a 3 hour gin class where you’ll create your own unique bottle of gin. You are given expert guidance through the distilling process and how to develop flavour using various botanicals. Its an educational and fun experience. At the end of the class, you take home your very own bottle of gin.
